"Season in the sun"。 本是由Jacques Brel 比利时诗人作曲家poet-composer 1961年写的法文歌词 "Le Moribond" (The Dying Man)。经由Rod McKuen 翻译成英文并由Kingston Trio金斯顿三重唱的Bob Shane 录音发行.但没红起来。Terry Jacks 听过之後，为了纪念他的一位死去的好朋友，再度翻唱起来。才是我们熟知曲调。喜欢自弹自唱的朋友，一定也不会错过这个曲子。

也因为当时柯达软片借用了这首歌作为广告背景音乐，配上在夕阳下当秋千的湾暖场景，背光的场景，整个温暖的夕阳洒在公园的沙坑上，男生缓缓推着秋千上的女生，不知是父女还是情侣。配上这样温暖的曲子，就是最美的记忆。虽然歌词说的是一个将要去世的人的感觉。道别的意味浓厚。其中的感受就让大家体会了。

加拿大出生在美国成长的Terry Jacks是一位家喻户晓的摇滚乐明星。他和Susan Pesklevits, 组成二重The Poppy Family. "Which Way You Goin' Billy?"也是他们唱红的曲子之一。我们看看当年"Season in the sun" 得第一名当时的前五名曲子，1974年3月2日的 TOP FIVE, 是不是一下就让人掉回时光隧道？
